AlQuran Education provides online Quran and Islamic education services. Our available services may include:
- Noorani Qaida

The availability, schedule, teacher, duration, and structure of classes may vary according to the student’s needs and our availability.
2. Free Trial Classes
We may offer a free trial class to eligible students.
A free trial is intended to help students and parents understand our teaching method and assess whether our services are suitable for their needs.
Offering a trial class does not guarantee permanent admission, a specific teacher, or a particular class schedule.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free trial classes at any time.
3. Class Scheduling
Class timings are arranged based on availability and mutual agreement.
Students and parents are responsible for:
- Attending classes on time
- Providing a suitable internet connection and device
- Informing us in advance if they are unable to attend a class
- Ensuring a respectful and suitable learning environment
Repeated absence, late attendance, or failure to communicate may affect class scheduling or continuation.
4. Missed and Cancelled Classes
If a student cannot attend a class, reasonable advance notice should be provided.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes when possible. However, rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and is not guaranteed.
Classes missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a replacement class.
If a teacher is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or provide an appropriate alternative.
5. Fees and Payments
Class fees, payment schedules, and applicable charges will be communicated before or during registration.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule
- Students or parents are responsible for any transaction or payment provider charges
- Services may be paused if agreed payments remain unpaid
- Changes to fees will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible
Payments made for completed or already delivered classes are generally non-refundable.
Any refund or credit for unused classes will be considered according to the specific circumstances and any agreement made with the student or parent.
6. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students and parents or guardians agree to provide accurate information and maintain respectful communication with our teachers and staff.
Students are expected to:
- Behave respectfully during classes
- Follow reasonable instructions from the teacher
- Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
- Use class materials only for their intended educational purpose
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minor students where appropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services where serious misconduct, abuse, harassment, repeated disruption, or violation of these Terms occurs.
7. Teachers and Class Arrangements
We aim to provide qualified and suitable teachers. However, we do not guarantee that a specific teacher will always remain available.
Where necessary, we may change a teacher or adjust a class schedule while making reasonable efforts to provide continuity of learning.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website and educational materials provided by AlQuran Education, including text, branding, logos, graphics, videos, lesson materials, and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
